Cancellations 

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows me the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment. 

Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation.  Late Arrivals To ensure the promptness of all reservations I reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. I will always do my best to accommodate my guests however, I can only do what I can with the time available.

Gratuities

For your convenience Aesthetic Skin accepts gratuities from cash or they can be placed on your credit/debit card.

Children 

Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in the space. Most drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous to unsuspecting children. 

Redo

Aesthetic Skin stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact me immediately so I can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service.

Payment

Aesthetic Skin Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment of services and products.  

Returns/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what I do, I cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, I will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. 

Electronic Communications 

Visiting www.aestheticskinbyandrea.com or sending emails to Aesthetic Skin By Andrea constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that I provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
